Terms & Conditions

  • If you receive an email or text voucher, please ensure that you produce this voucher upon payment for your discounted service.

  • Please mention the relevant offer or package when booking your appointment.

  • Vouchers / Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or products.

  • Vouchers / Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package or discount.

  • One voucher per person only.

  • The prices of the service depends of the length and thickness.

  • Unless otherwise stated, your service will be with any stylist level as decided by the management at Scissors Hair Salon.

  • Some offers may be subject to availability.

  • Some offers carry a stylist, date & time restriction. For example, some offers or discounts will exclude Friday and Saturdays and may not be at peak times.

  • Scissors Hair Salon management have the right to withdraw any offer at any given notice period.

  • If you are new to hair colour or you have not had a colour application with a Scissors salon in the last 6 months, you will need to have an allergy alert test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your colour application appointment.
