Salon Cancellation Policy

   

  EVERYONE'S TIME IS VALUABLE, INCLUDING OURS

 

 

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you,

we understand that  sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary;

therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations,


STRICT AND ENFORCED

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

Please note to secure your appointment,

we required a deposit payable on online and on salon bookings.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total amount of your service!

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment 

without giving enough notice, now, in Covid time, were only 4 customers

can stay in the salon, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, 

services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • If we don’t receive 24 hour’s notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment unfortunately you will be charged

of the service booked. 

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged

We have had to add "no show" protection to our booking system, due to the sheer volume of non-arrivals and last minute cancellations which cost our salon a lot also affects our stylist’s wages - only from March to December 2020 163 clients

made an appointment and not turning up.... 

From 4th January 2022, all online bookings must be confirmed by bank card 

and all bookings in salonmust be confirmed by security deposit

(in salon, PayPal, Bank transfer, Revolut).

The amount will depend on the requested treatment.

This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel /reschedule within 24 hours for your appointment.

Unfortunately, unconfirmed appointments (up to 24 hours before)

will be treated as walk-ins.

 We reserve the right to accept another customer at the same time.

Please note that if you are over 20 minutes late for your appointment

we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed

in the remaining time frame.

All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time

it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

 

Scissors Salon values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies

we hold to our clients.

Should Salon need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events

with less than 24 hours notice

we will honour 50% off your next identical service

and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

 

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.

But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence,  etc… that requires the salon to be  closed during
regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment.

The 50% discount will not apply.
